Terms & payments

What Quotractor provides
Quotractor helps contractors review electrical drawing points, apply their own prices and prepare quotations. It is an estimating aid. You remain responsible for quantities, scope, rates, tax, contractual terms and the final quotation. It does not provide electrical design, professional certification or guaranteed counting accuracy.
Pages and payments
One successfully analysed drawing page uses one page credit. Failed analyses release reserved credits. One free page is offered per eligible account; duplicate or abusive accounts may be restricted. The checkout summary sets the price, currency, page allowance and expiry for each purchase. Billing is currently in SGD. Quotation currencies are separate and do not convert your stored rates automatically.
Packs and subscriptions
Page packs are one-time purchases valid for 12 calendar months from payment; they do not auto-renew. Monthly plans renew until cancelled in Manage billing. Unused monthly pages do not roll over. Cancel before renewal to stop future charges; access continues through the paid period. Review the Stripe confirmation for any plan-change charge and effective date. No additional analysis charges are made automatically when pages run out.
Help, refunds and account closure
For a duplicate charge, missing paid credits or a service failure, contact hello@flowlab.works with your account email and Stripe invoice reference. We investigate refund requests; do not assume a refund is automatic. Applicable consumer rights are unaffected. Closing an app account does not itself cancel a Stripe subscription: cancel in Manage billing first and retain your invoice downloads.
Shared access and partners
Team owners manage invitations, membership and shared company records. Keep private invitation and recovery codes secure. Referral and partner rewards follow the programme terms shown when applying; approval is required for partner status and payouts are reviewed and recorded by FlowLab.
